To make a claim on a product, you need to contact us through email ([email protected]). 
Your email must contain your order number, photos / video of the product and the reason for the claim.
As we do not have taste guarantees, we do not accept taste as an acceptable reason for complaint. 

The effects of dietary supplements vary from person to person, so results cannot be guaranteed. Please research the supplements you wish to purchase to determine if they meet your needs. Products are used at your own risk.
