RETURN POLICY & RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

The effects of dietary supplements vary from person to person, so results cannot be guaranteed. Please research the supplements you wish to purchase to determine if they meet your needs. Products are used at your own risk.

Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue a refund for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. 
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit so please save your package's return tracking number until you have received a return confirmation from us. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the package are returned in the same condition as they were sent so remember to pack the product well so that it isn't damaged during transport.

Please note that your right to return does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • We do NOT accept returns or refunds for orders of Slim Meal Replacement, Fat Burning Protein Powder or Clear Whey Protein Powder once they have been delivered. This is because they are food products. If you still choose to send back any of these products, no refund will be issued.
  • Goods with broken seal or packaging
  • Items with expired or short best-before dates
  • Products purchased under special conditions (bundles, rewards points, promotions such as Black Friday, deals, etc.)
  • Taste preferences: We do not offer taste guarantees. Products cannot be returned or refunded due to dislike of flavor.

Refund

Our return handling usually takes between 10-30 working days, please contact us if you haven't received a refund after this period. Once we have received and approved your return, the money will be refunded according to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Card payments are credited and the amount is visible at your account within 7 days. 

Please note that if you buy one of our bundles and return one or more products, we reserve the right to debit the individual products you keep at full price.
